First Air is pre-cooled with outgoing chilled air to around 25A C and then it is cooled in a Freon Chiller to ( ) 2A C temperature. This reduces refrigeration load of the Unit. Outgoing dry air has ( ) 2A C Pressure Dew Point and comes out at around 25A C temperature. ( ) 2A C Dew Point in Refrigerated Air Dryers corresponds to around (-) 23A C Atmospheric Pressure Dew Point. Lower Dew Point is not possible from Industrial Refrigerated Dryer, as moisture condensed would start freezing on Freon tubes, if lower dew points are tried. (-) 23A C is the best possible Dew Point achievable from Industrial Refrigerated Air Dryers.
