This system minimize fiber filling weight and maximize final product loft and cushion memory. This blowing system is available to suit your production needs.
This system consists of a reserve feeder with optional extended apron, fine opener and a fiber blowing fan. The fiber is added to the reserve feeder, which conveys and slightly pre-open the fiber before delivery to the opener feed rolls. The feed rolls are variable speed and meter the amount of fiber delivered into the fine opener. The fibers are then 95-100% opened and blown through the fan nozzle by means of a high speed fan. This system greatly increase production and reduces labour.
