Corrugated Tube Forming Machine

These Corrugated Tube Forming Machine is a mechanical forming Machine which forms the corrugations on the tube with a turning circular Die. This Corrugated Tube Forming Machine has better efficiency to produce corrugated tubes than other hydraulic forming machines which form corrugations with high water pressure or fluid pressure.
The products of this machine are Fire-Sprinkler hose, Water Tube, General plumbing tube,Gas hoes for LNG & LPG etc.
The type of the Die in the Forming Head is Single- Die Type.
All dimensions of corrugated tube such as Pitch, ID, OD, Width of corrugation are formed by the single Die of Turning head.
Dies for each size tubes should be designed and processed according to the dimensions of final products.
