Compartment - Type Batcher: Four bin hopper for material storage. Material Feeding Media: Free flowing, Weighing in skip bucket through pneumatically operated gate with interlocking device for uninterrupted chronological sequence. Batch Weighing: PLC/Microprocessor based electronic batch weighing system for aggregates, Cement. The total cumulative per batch can be monitored on digital LED in operator cabin. Controls: Auto / Manual control for Aggregate and Cement batching and weighing-loading, unloading, emergency stop etc. are incorporated in control panel within easy reach of the Operator.
