Capsule Inspection Cum Polishing Machine

The capsule inspection cum polishing machine [HP Inspection cum Polishing Machine] is designed basically to inspect and polish capsules after powder filling operation.

SPECIFICATIONS:
* The unique and compact design of this machine makes it user friendly for operators, with all operations inline from feed in hopper to the final finished capsule.
* Consisting of belt conveyor having food grade belt on which the capsules are traveled and inspected minutely and are further traveled to the polishing chamber having filter cloth along with spiral Nylon Brush, through which capsules are traveled and polished to get a high glossy finish.
* During polishing process the powder above the capsules is sucked and collected in Dust Collector.
* All the above operation are controlled with variable speed drive to meet production requirement.
* Optional empty capsules Sorter can also be provided with this machine.
