Earthquake Resistant
Structures made from AAC are light in weight and absorb the shock well, hence these offer high resistance to earthquakes. In addition to these, it is also very effective in major storms. Results have proved that the concrete structure made with AAC can easily endure the wind loads of category 5 tropical storms. For these reasons, ACC is widely used in high seismic zones and storm prone areas.

Floor Space Area
As our ACC provide same strength in thinner exterior walls( 6" instead of 9" exterior walls). It offer more floor space area(about 3% to 5%) without loosing any strength when compared to wider concrete walls.

Cost Savings
As ACC is very light in weight is reduces the overall dead-weight of the building. This helps in reducing the requirement of steel(up to 27%) and cement requirement(up to 20%). Further, as our ACC blocks are 8 times the size of a normal brick, there are only 1/3 joints in comparison. Hence requirement of mortar reduces by 66%.
