Alfuzosin Granules

These Alfuzosin Granules (INN, provided as the hydrochloride salt) is an A A 1 receptor antagonist used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.

Alfuzosin was approved by the FDA for treatment of BPH in June 2003.

FLUID BED DRYER : Alfuzosin granules can be dried in a fluid bed dryer.

SEIVING AND BLENDING : All granules are seived to a particular size and blended into a batch to suit the customer size and capsule fill weight required.

FLUID BED PROCESSOR : For bottom spray coating to be done on granules, depending on the process and requirement of the product.
