Dry fish is the process which involves removal of 100% water content from the fish and addition of salt to make it free off microbes and inhibit their growth to preserve it for longer period of time.
Dry fish is preserved and long-lasting fish that can be used after 2-3 week or even after 1-2 months. All types of dry fish available, including mackerel, prawn, wolf herring, baby shark, etc. Read shelf life given in description of the product.
Dry fish can be packaged in vacuum packet, air-tight sealed packet made of PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polypropylene) material. Large volume can come packaged in thermocol boxes.
