Carbon/graphite Cement Mortar

We are engaged in offering to our clients Carbon/Graphite Cement Mortar. The furan base cement is developed from carbon/ graphite and finds extensive usages in various constructive applications such as joining, filling & construction of carbon bricks / tiles and graphite bricks / tiles across reactors, construction sites, acid manufacturing digesters and chemical reactors. These are also used as a top jointing & lining material for acid proof bricks and are widely demanded by our clients from fertilizer, chemicals plant, acid manufacturing plant, dye & pigment plant, steel plant, oil & petrochemical plant industry. These offer high temperature resistance upto 1800 C, can withstand flurosilicic & alkaline conditions and can ideally be used with H3PO4 & HF. The cement mortar enjoys a high shelf life of around twelve months and constitutes two parts namely powder & resin furanbase (syrup) mixed in the ratio of 2:1. We also offer phenol base cement that offers high resistance to organic & inorganic acids with exception strongly oxidizing acids & alkalis even to dilute concentrations. These are highly resistant to most organic solvents and high temperature range of upto 1300 C & are widely used as a joining agent for acid proof bricks or carbon bricks in chemicals process industries, steel mills, oil refineries, rayon mills, dye & pigment, electrolytic, and chlorination plant.
