Specific characteristics of the ERW precision tubes are following: Tolerances: Outside Diameter Pipes size upto & including 1/2 inches + 1 - 0.4mm + 1 -1 %, pipe size 2 inches or aboveThickness: -12.5% (max)Weight: + 1 -10%Testing: +1 - 0.4mmBeing quality focused company; we offer the ERW precision tubes which are passed through following testing:Bend Test For Pipes upto & including2 inches: Bending angles 90, bending radius 12 times to the OD of tubes (no crack in body & weld.)Flattening Test for pipes over 2 inches:     1. Flatten upto 2/3 of OD for ductility of weld     2. Flatten upto 1/3 of OD for ductility of steel     3. Full Flattening for testing of lamination. Sizes: Outside diameter wall thickness length from 12.7 OD (1/2") to 127 OD (5")1.6mm to 4.8 mm. upto 12 mts. Pipe ends: Plain Surface finish: Black (self-colored) outside oil coating Production standards: Conforming IS-3074, IS-3601,IS-9295 & BS-6363 Packing: Bare bundles unless special packing is requested Inspection: Mill's certificate as per ISI specification or inspection by an independent organization authorized by the customer
