Batch stirrer is used for homogeneous mixing of raw material in bulk. Batch Stirrer comprises of two main parts. One is a frame structure to hold the stirrer & the other is a rotating s.s. stirrer.
The stirrer is held on the frame with the help of chain. It moves up or down back manually through chain which is fixed at handle.
All required raw material for Candy & Toffee are initially loaded in s.s. cylinder & are mixed homogeneously by rotating stirrer. After that, mixed mass is loaded in Cooker for cooking.
