0.2% Acidity Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

We have specially trained harvesting teams equipped with modern harvesting machines to transport fresh olives to the factory within 8 hours to obtain high quality 0.2% Acidity Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Genuine cold pressing process is operated under 27A C. Periodic quality testing and olive pomace drainage is performed to the olive oil that is stored under constant temperature, light and humidity in chrome nickel steel tanks.
0.2% Acidity Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from green olives and fresh fruits/vegetables of South Aegean region. We crushed both olives and fruits together in order to extract the unique aroma of the fresh fruit to the olive oil. We prefer local products such as thyme, garlic, orange, lemon and paprika. Its acidity is maximum 0,8 % (oleic acid) and we recommend this product especially for salad dressings and sauces.
We claim to be producing finest olive oil of Turkey and we have the quality and expertise to compete with any olive oil product of anywhere in the world. The taste and design of our products prove themselves. We claim our products to be totally natural olive juice.
