It is true that it is less expensive than painting it on the wall. Painting anything is a simple task but it requires a lot of physical effort and a lot of time. Taking into consideration that the cost of labor has escalated to HKD 3000-3500 per labour for emulsion paint the situation is significantly worse for artistic and plastering paint. Simply paying for the cost of installation and the actual prison would thus be sufficient to save you a significant amount of money.
