By using this system number of operated switch is displayed in control room. This eliminates downtime required to locate the operated switch.

The system consists of Communication Card which is to be housed in every pull cords switch & Trip Indicator which is to be located in control room. When specific switch is operated the communication card communicates to Trip Indicator which displays number of operated switch and also actuates a contact for tripping.

The wiring between pull cord switch and Trip Indicator is to be done by ordinary two core cable. Indicator displayed number of operated switch and actuates relay contact for tripping the conveyor. It also communicates to PLC / DCS by MODBUS communication.

Special features like Scrolling (Display all locations of multiple operated switches at a time), Roll call (Indicates missing / failure/ loose connection/ line fault of communication card on display with optional tripping

Performance of this system is established at many cement, steel plants and power stations.
