We are pleased to introduce ourselves as quality glass processors in central India at Nagpur, mainly manufacturing Toughened safety glass.
Our product confirms to IS-2553 Part-I (applied for) and also quality tests as per ASTM C-1048.
We use raw glass from quality manufacturers like Saint Gobain, Asahi, HNG & Modiguard. Unlike major glass processors - we do not have the Chinese glass tempering lines where quality is a problem and involves high rate of rejections.
Our tempering line is PROUDLY made in INDIA by us - an import substitute plant - where end product quality confirms to ASTM and EN standards.
Our tempered glass is FULL tempered - minimum surface compressive stress is > 10000psi
Fragmentation test gives a particle counts of >55 in 50mm x 50mm area.
Other features like average roller wave limitation < 0.2mm and bent and warp much within the ASTM C-1048 chart are important quality parameters usually overlooked by many processors and users.
Apart from tempering line we have a CNC glass cutting table, Vacuum lifter cum tilter, double edger line, vertical edger, bevel machine, washing machine, double sided automatic drilling machine and other miscellaneous equipments.
