Secowarwick Pit Furnace For Copper Bright Annealing

We are offering to our clients a wide spectrum of Seco Warwick Allied Pit Type Furnace for Copper Bright Annealing. These furnaces are widely used for annealing of copper wires,strips,rods,pipes,tubes and different shapes in bright condition. Pickling is avoided and thus huge saving in the production cost.
The main constituents of the furnace are:
Furnace casing with insulation and heating elements.
Annealing pot assembly
Vacuum Pump and
Electrical Control /PLC panel.

Heating element coils will be provided uniformly around inside wall of the furnace. Elements will be fabricated in helical coil form resistance wires and fully supported in open grooves of element bricks.
Temperature inside the heating pit will be controlled automatically in three zones. Control zone will be provided with P.I.D type indicating temperature controllers and thyristor power controller.This will be backed up by safety controller against excess furnace temperature.
A control panel will be provided to house all switchgear items like isolator, HRC fuses, thyristor power controllers, P.I.D controllers , safety temperature controllers, control switches, ammeters, voltmeter, air break magnetic contractors, etc.
Before purging the nitrogen into the annealing pot the oxygen will be removed by a VACUUM pump. The entire heating and cooling cycle will be performed under NITROGEN atmosphere
