How It Works:
The design separation file is loaded on the PC workstation using the on-the-fly RIP software provided with the machine. The design is then jetted onto an unexposed pre coated screen. The screen is constantly air pressurized in order to keep it perfectly round. Once the image is formed on screen, the screen is exposed in an inbuilt ultraviolet exposure system. After exposure the ink and the wasted emulsion is washed away with water. The screen is then polymerized in a high temperature oven to be ready for actual production run.
