This is Most Modernized, Fully Automatic Portable / Transportable / Modularized Batching Plant for feeding of Bulk Materials on Barge in between the Sea (Attached/Enclosed Photograph). This system is supposed to be used in ONGC project & proposed to travel all over the world for under water Pipeline. This system includes 2 Nos. 40MT Storage Silos / Bunkers / Hoppers, 50TPH Pneumatic Conveying / Handling System, 6 Nos. 1 Cu.m Air Receivers, 3MT Reception Silo, Fully Automatic Weighing/Batching system(2MT Weigh hopper with Load cell, Microprocessor based Controller, PLCa s, Rotary valves, Gate valves, A/C Control Room) and Grouting/Mixing System for 250km under Sea water pipeline. This Plant is applied for Patent as being Worlda s First ever Portable / Transportable / Modularized Batching Plant.
