Polyester Filament Yarn (Fdy)

Polyester Filament Yarn (FDY)  These yarns are commercially termed as Polyester Filament Yarn and technically termed as Fully Drawn Yarn(FDY). Our yarns are produced by the process, which is similar to POY(Partially Oriented Yarn) manufacturing process. The only difference is that the POY yarn is produced at higher spinning speed coupled with intermediate drawing integrated in the process. This process enable stabilization through crystallization and orientation. The FDY Yarn offered by us is produced through a continuous polymerization process. Our yarns are well-known for their critical properties like tenacity, elongation, luster, variation. Moreover, the boiling water shrinkage of these yarns are closely monitored and controlled. Owing to the controlled interlace, the yarns can be twisted or sized in subsequent operations.
