Planturance means " plant + insurance " which means that once the O
& M contract is released, you can comfortably and confidently leave
the complete operation and maintenance of the plant to us - while you
concentrates on his core business.







During the contract period, in addition to providing the required
manpower and chemicals to operate the plant, the plant stands "insured"
which means that ANY item which fails will be replaced / repaired on
free of cost . No request will ever be sent to you asking for any
additional charges at all. You will continue to get committed quality
and quantity of treated water without worrying about the plant.. At the
end of the contract period, the plant is handed over in good working
condition.







We have highly trained Service & Site personnel who understand and
appreciate that required quality and quantity is a must ( sometimes on
a 24 x 7, 365 days a year basis ) for our customers. Hence, they work
as teams duly supported by the rest of the Company to ensure
deliverance every time, all the time. Our Service teams are trained
to diligently operate the plants based on SOP's, take care of any minor
variations in inlet quality / quantity, take proper actions in case of
any large variations so that at inlet, trouble shoot, carry out
preventive maintenance at regular intervals and methodically record all
observations at regular intervals in log sheets. Highest standards to
safety of personnel operating the plant are observed by us.







Once a month, inlet and outlet samples from the plant are sent to
outside laboratories for analysis - this is to avoid bias and records
maintained. These results are also constantly monitored by a special
team at office, so that any undue / unexplained variations are
addressed.







All statutory requirements are ensured for the workmen ( wages, PF,
ESI, bonus etc ) and they are given regular briefings and trainings .
