Lyophilzer Freeze Dryer

We are involved in offering an extensive range of Lyophilzer Freeze Dryer. These are the most modern Lyophilizer / Freeze, which is available in various capacities. Our bench top models have been developed to meet the most demanding requirement for a research freeze dryer.

Construction:
* Cold trap and drying chamber are made of polished stainless steel of 304 grade, fusion welded for fail proof vacuum
* Refrigeration cooling coils are on exterior of cold trap and are insulated by multi-layered polyurethane foam
* Top and front outer frames are made of stainless steel and other sides made of mild steel and finished in attractive powder coat
* All facilities except the drying chamber are concealed for highly compact appearance
* Lid made of thick gauge acrylic sheet provided
* Refrigeration: Air cooled refrigeration system. Hermatically sealed Ozone friendly refrigerants
* Vacuum: Vacuum is provided by built in double stage direct heavy duty vacuum pump with a capacity 100 to 250 Litres per minute.

Control Panel:
* Micro processor based temperature indicator cum controller with LED display
* Control switches for refrigeration ON/OFF and vacuum On/Off.
* Fast response Pt-100 RTD temperature probe.
* Vacuum indication is provided by Pirani gauge. (Digital Mode)
