Insoluble sulfur is a non-toxic, inflammable yellow powder, it is allotrope of common sulfur, it is linear polymer molecular polymerized by a large number of sulfur atoms .Insoluble sulfur do not dissolve in dioxide sulfur and other solvents , do not dissolve in rubber, so it is called insoluble sulfur or polymeric sulfur and chemical name is polymer sulfur, short name is IS. At present, most of the insoluble sulfur used in rubber industry.
Insoluble sulfur is a new rubber vulcanizing agent. It forms IS-series oil - treated and non oil-treated products. It is used as the best vulcanizing agent for rubber. For it can overcome much ordinary sulfur's shortcomings, besides improve the quality of the rubber product. We are able to offer all types of superior insoluble sulfur, such as IS-HS8010, IS-HS7520, IS-HS7020, IS-HS6033; IS60, IS90 and so on.
