Industrial Iron Oxide

The pickling process generates waste hydrochloric acid which is considered as industrial waste and needs further treatment to neutralize in ETP plants before disposing into the environment as per the pollution standards. These industrial wastes are sent to us where we use Acid Regeneration Process to regenerate nonhazardous hydrochloric acid. The regenerated hydrochloric acid is then sent back to steel mills where it can be used in pickling processes. Industrial Iron oxide is produced as a byproduct. It finds its use mainly in various construction materials like paints, concrete blocks, bricks, mortar etc. It is also widely used in various pigmented materials.
