Humidification In Textile Industry

It works on the principle of Flash evaporation. Specialized devices known as Atomizer are laid out at regular intervals and connected with the SS piping network in the system. Water is first passed through Softening plant & Micron filter to prevent choking of atomizer & scaling of water in SS tubes. Then water is passed through Atomizer with very high pressure, which gets split into micron size molecules and comes out in the shape of fine clouds. These particles evaporate as soon as they come in contact with air & thus increases the humidity level of dry air. Humidity is regulated by Humidity Controller to prevent excess humidity in the air thus avoiding wetting. Since the area is enclosed, evaporation cause substantial cooling effect also apart from raising the humidity level.
