The system consist of a solar photovoltaic module, which absorbs sunrays and converts them into electricity, the electricity is then stored in battery. The control electronics which automates the functions of the system, acts as a photocell, turning the light on at dusk and off at dawn, regulates the battery preventing overcharging and protecting against deep discharging.
