This kind of Fly Ash/ Sawdust/Powdery Dryer Machine is mainly used to prepare suitable moisture raw material for biomass briquette press. For briquetting press, it is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good result of biomass briquettes. Or the briquettes will be broken because of too loose or too dry.
Sawdust Dryer Machine Series:
1. YGHJ Series Single Stove Dryer
The Moisture reducing rate of the dryer YGHJ series is 8-12%. This dryer is equipped with one hot air boiler, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content less than 20-25%.If the moisture content of the raw material is higher than that, it will need several times of drying to achieve the requested moisture content for briquetting.
2. YGHJ Series Double Stove Dryer
This double stove dryer is a newly developed dryer with two hot air boilers, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content of 20% -50%, it can reduce moisture from 20%-50% to 8-12% via only one passage.
Operation Principle of the sawdust drying machine:
The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volume of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower.
