The unit provides information on the wear properties of paper machine screens, cutting and punching. The AI 1000 is suitable to a certain extend for testing and comparing fillers and pigments structure.
These Filler Abrasion Tester is equipped with digital preset revolution controller complete with plexiglass filler jar and standard wire screen spare and accessories, Power supply 220V, 50 Hz, 200W and based on the same principle as defined in zell chemig notice sheet V/27.5/75 as per einlehner abrasion tester originally.
