Product Feature:
The Core Building/ Stacking Table is used to stack laminations, assemble the core and make the core vertical safely.
Stacking table with 3 or 5 arms designed and manufactured to meet the customer requirement.
The stacking table developed for core weights between 5 Tons to 250 Tons as per customer requirement covering a range of Transformers from 10MVA to 500 MVA.
The stacking table is equipped with mechanized adjustments of the arms to reduce setting time of adjusting limb center to center distance and window space of the core to meet the design specifications.
Adequate number of manual jacks are provided on the arms for adjusting the level of the core.
Appropriately designed supports are provided to support the drooping/overhanging laminations on sides.
