We provide packaged treatment plant made by mild steel sheets which are available in prefabricated structures of 5 mm thickness with fiber lining inside. Our offering with MS sheet is made up of 5 mm thick sheet having 3 mm FRP coating inside. Some salient features of our packaged treatment plant are:

* Partitions for Primary Clarifier, Where the impurities such as floating Solids, oil etc are separated.
* Aeration tank for the diffused Aeration in Micro bubble size is maintained by diffuser.
* Primary and secondary tube settlers are designed and installed in same tank.
* Tube settlers are designed with the retention time of 2 hours.
* Hopper bottom collection tank in primary tube settlers is designed in such a way that all the sludge are collected in the same tank and thereafter the entire sludge is pumped outside.
* Aeration Tank is designed in such a way that the diffused air flows from bottom to top and the contact period between the bacterial culture , diffused air and waste water is increased.
* Hopper bottom collection tank in secondary tube settler is designed in such a way that all the sludge are collected in the same tank and thereafter the entire sludge is pumped back into the aeration tank.
