We started our journey in Jan 2013 with a vision to innovate and elevate Indian beauty standards by fusing them with path-breaking international beauty trends. We are manufacturers of quality body & skin care products. We have an in house robust R&D function and we drive it consciously by investing a lot of our resources on it. We brought together the goodness of nature and technology of science to create our products. Our extracts are pure, our methods are clean and our intentions are clear to make the beauty industry environmentally accountable. This steadfast philosophy makes most of our formulations Vegan, Natural, Sulphate Free, Paraben Free, Silicone Free, Formaldehyde Free, Cruelty Free and hence, burden free. Aside from employing eco-friendly methods, we also believe in fostering socially progressive ideologies.We take pride in being a women centric company with 80% female workforce. We have strategically created two brands within our portfolio.Mintree stands for Mineral +Tree extracts, it is our premium brand for the affluent consumers and has select presence. Vedic Valley is our authentic yet modern ayurvedic brand, With vedic valley our mission is to end up on the shelves of very 5th Indian Consumer by providing them with high- standard yet fairly priced ayurvedic experience.Other than nurturing our in house brands, we also private label our products for Unilever under their beauty brand Lakme, Myglamm and Enrich Salons. Along side our manufacturing activity, we also believe that a successful distribution network and reach is key to a successful company. We have been building our own distribution network over the years & have developed a pan-India distribution for professional channels consisting of Salons & Spa network which covers about 5000 doors in 30 top cities of India. With our distribution we are able to reach 75% of the top urban agglomerations. We also see an opportunity in leveraging our distribution channel for other relevant hair and cosmetic products. We have taken exclusive distribution rights for Brazillian hair care brand Macpaul Professional &French Nail Lacquer brand Mollon Pro , Bijoux de pelle. We are fortunate to have strong team to able to all that we do.Everyone in our core team comes with industry specific experience of at least 7 years in their respective domains.As a team the one thread we all have in common is that we passionate about all things beauty.The common goal we all work for is Beauty For a Better World.
