As opposed to some of other B2B portals, the good thing about Tradeindia and it's CRM team is, they are not overkilling their customers by frequent visits and telephone follow ups, and by imposing their customers to perform specific activities on Tradeindia portal to have better promotion. Also I liked the Tradeindia's strategy to stick to B2B format only and not mixing up the B2B and B2C formats all together. Sticking to B2B format has helped me to get only relevant B2B inquiries for the kind of business my company is involved in. Though, the back-end interface - My Tradeindia offered by Tradeindia is not up to the mark as per my experience, the backend CRM team helped me all time to keep my catalog updated. I would definitely recommend Tradeindia to other businesses, especially involved in B2B business format.
