What is SIPOREX Block?

ALC or ACC are known as Siporex Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks. It's precast and lightweight construction material that's mold and fire-resistant.

Lightweight Fly Ash Blocks (Siporex AAC). Siporex products adhere to ISI (BIS) criteria and marking.

Aerated Light Weight Concrete is a green product with great insulating and energy-saving characteristics. Siporex increases forest conservation and protection.

Uses & Benefits of SIPOREX Block

Uses:

Siporex blocks may be used for load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls and have a 3mm tolerance. This improves quality and insulation, assuring long-lasting constructions.

Powder: Water Mass Ratio = 0.22 to 0.24 (6.6l to 7.2 l water per 30 kg bag). Minimum 3-minute mixing time.
Typical concrete mixers can't be used. Combine with fresh water and stir for at least three minutes. It's best to let the substance sit in the container until the bulk of the bubbles has dissipated (minimum 5 minutes). The content just has to be remixed for 15 seconds before it can be used.
Surface dampening is recommended if the substrate is very permeable, the ambient temperature is high, and/or the relative humidity is low. Do not allow any water to pool.
After the masonry units have been cleaned and leveled, use a trowel to evenly spread a thin layer of Block Joining Mortar on the surface.
Each stone or brick should be pressed firmly but gently into place with the trowel handle to ensure it is well bedded.
Especially when working with bricks, the mortar must be applied to the inside of the unit before the next unit is laid and pressed against it.
If there is any leftover debris, clean it up right away. Carry on in this manner with all of the masonry work.

Types of SIPOREX Block

1. Autoclaved Concrete Blocks
