MS Pipe is made from Mild steel. GI is Galvanized steel that is processed by hot dipping. GI Pipes are made for water pipe lines whereas, MS pipes are most affordable type of steel pipes that are used in industrial processes. They are also known for their low carbon steel content which is 0.25%.
