About Direct Black Dyes
Direct black dyes are water-soluble colour substance whose manufacturing process is accomplished in vaguely alkaline or neutral dye bath. These are either blended with sodium sulfate (Na2SO4) or sodium chloride (NaCl) or sodium carbonate (Na2CO3).
Extensively used in colouring applications i.e., textile industry, direct black dyes are used on silk, cotton, wood, viscose fabrics, paper, rayon and leathers. They pose properties such as precisely balanced pH level, high viscosity, water-soluble, high effectiveness, longer shell life, higher affinity, ionic nature, and skin-irritation-free.
