Our History

In 1982, our mentor, Mr. Kapoor Rashid Nashruddin started a client centric organization under the name M.R Engineering & Co. In 2001, it was registered it as a micro manufacturing unit based out in Mumbai, Maharashtra. At that time, the company offered services relating to hot forging, cold forging & closed die forging and manufactured Fasteners, special fasteners and lifting materials. With continuous hard work, this company earned a strong position in the marketplace. Recently, we have established a cold forging unit & engineering unit in Karnataka, it helps us in catering to the needs of our clients in southern India. With the help of this new unit, we are trading under the brand name 'Kapoor Forge' and are continuing this legacy with similar dedication and hardwork. This unit is functioning under the leadership of our mentors Mr. Kapoor Farhan and Mr. Kapoor Javed, they work under the vigil of talented Mr. Kapoor Rashid Nashruddin.
