As a manufacturer, the organisation has served the fashion industry across the globe with its quality products, using state of the art equipment, incorporating modern technology.

The scarves and fabric are produced in house within the factory. The factory is equipped with facilities for yarn dyeing, table screen printing, fabric dyeing, power loom, with dobby and jacquard, hand loom and embroidery facilities within the area of 55,000 sq ft.

The company is backed by highly experienced team with 215 personnel comprising 20 technicians and 15 managerial and administrative staff and all total 250 people. The current production capacity is 18,000 pieces per month.

Designing and Production

There is a totally separate division to develop ever new designs and products based on customer’s requirement and concept. Once the designs and colors are approved by the prospective buyer, it moves to the regular production unit. This has given the factory a distinct edge.

International Existence

Our company is well known globally, Jayram Exports have been manufacturing scarves and fabric for well known brands of Entire Europe, Middle East, Japan and Canada. Choices of foreign customers pertaining to scarves, fabric, home furnishing accessories etc., are well-monitored by our marketing strategists. Expansion in market reach has has benefited us in reduction of market fluctuations, economies of sale and lower unit costs.
