After five yearsa research and development, Anyang Heli Company creates a brand-new Production Line of Cold-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars with Improved Elongation based on actual production experience, which combined cold rolling technology developed by Heli itself, tempering and temperature-control technology, digital-control flying shear with automatic wire-retracting formed into a new generation of cold rolling product line. We are mainly producing I 5.5mm-I 10mm steel bars with 3-13m length by sizing, and the maximum operating speed is 3m/s.The main parts use international name brand to make sure the stability of operation. The whole production line is easy operation, convenient maintenance and low energy consumption.

Cold-Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars produced by our product line are in high quality. The extensibility A11.3 can come to 12%, which is much higher than Chinese standard A11.3a Y8%; tensile strength is 100Mpa higher than Chinese standard; bond stress is 4-5 times of hot rolling bars. As the improvement of physical properties, our products can save 30%-40% steel than 235Mpa hot rolling bars.
