The possibility to dispose of a fluid in liquid phase at high temperature (up to 300 degree c) and with atmospheric pressure is extremely interesting for various industrial applications. During the past few years hot oil heaters, because of the characteristics mentioned above, have been strongly improved and developed. Hot oil, when heated can be utilized both as a heat transfer fluid and as an exchange fluid for indirect steam, water or hot air production.
