Application:

The machine is required to bake different types of biscuits as per requirement in a continuously traveling operation through convection and radiation heating.

Design:

We manufacture these ovens based on many principals, such as direct heating, forced air heating, indirect heating, cyclotherm type, as per requirement of the product. Different fuel options offered on the ovens are electrical heating, oil fired heating, gas fired heating and oil Aca a cum-gas fired heating. These ovens are always horizontal tunnel and continuous traveling type.

Capacity:

From 1000 kg to 5000 kg/ hr capacity ranging between 800 Aca a 2000mm width. Length varies depending upon production capacity.
