a c The Drying capacity of Dryer is increased if the fiber is opened outin this opener before drying. Thus it saves energy.
a c Wet Cotton / Fiber Opener consists of C. I. side walls, roller with pegs, feeding stripconveyor and drive as under,
a c Machine consists of two cast iron sidewalls on which one roller of big diameterwith pegs and two small mild steel rollers with pegs are mounted.
a c On the feeding side one metallic conveyor or Rubber provided to feed wet loose lumps of fibers.
a c A 3 HP electric motor with starter is provided to drive complete unit of conveyor and rollers.
a c PRODUCTION :- About 125 kg Per Hour
