500 Kg. Capacity Mixer with 15HP Crompton / Kirloskar Electric motor & V 700 Greaves Make Gearbox. Mixer body is made from 16 mm bottom plate, 8 mm side plate, Heavy duty bearing housing, spring backed arm assembly, Rollers and 5 mm liners for bottom & side wall of mixer
For perfect mixing of ingredients to give consistency in Product quality.

3. Belt Conveyor System
8 meter long Conveyor system with structure and 3 HP Electric Motor & Gearbox bottom Guide Support base, top discharge chute, Belt cleaning Scrape System
For holding & conveying mix material to press Feeding system, by the time the next batch gets ready in Pan Mixer.

4. Box Feeding System
Dynamic Storage System of 500 Kgs Capacity with 1 HP electric motor, Gearbox & heavy-duty structure
Hold up of wet mix in Box feeder gives the minimum time required to initiate Cementing Process ofIngredients, before the mix is subjected to high hydraulic Pressure, & for continuity of the operation.
