Hard Chrome Bar Superfinishing Machine

Grind Master offers Superfinishing Machines for round bars before and after hard chrome plating. These are multi head machines with a combination of belt grinding heads and polishing heads. Finishes up to 0.05 Ra can be achieved with this by using specific grades of coated abrasive belts and polishing wheels. Also offered are roller supports at inlet and outlet and automatic job feed systems. The machines are heavy duty and sturdy for achieving high productivity and consistent finishing results.
