We are experts in manufacturing Valves i.e. Fire Fighting Equipments such as Hydrant valves (Landing valves), Fire hose delivery coupling, Branch pipe with nozzle, water monitors, dry riser equipments alongwith Industrial Valves such as Sluice/Gate Valve, Swing Check Valve and others. We are Licensee of Bureau of Indian Standards (ISI Mark) since 1986 and our products are also approved by TAC (Insurance companies), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and EIL. We started as a small family-owned business in 1974 under the name of SUNIL TRADERS. For further business expansion SUKAN was incorporated in 1985, headquartered at Vatva, Ahmedabad, India. Our factory has a Foundry, Machine shop, Assembly shop, testing dept, and painting department. Almost all of our products are produced completely under one roof. Our Foundry is equipped with Two 150 KW Induction Furnaces, Shell Moulding machine, and Shell Core Shooter with a maximum capacity to cast single piece up to 350 Kg in Non-Ferrous metals and 100 Kg in Stainless Steel. We have in-house testing facility for Chemical Analysis of raw materials (Spectrometer for Cu and SS base) as well a physical tensile testing machine and Microscope along with Automized Digital Height Gauge -2D. Flow test and hydro test are also conducted under the supervision of a qualified engineer.We are doing direct export of products with BS Specifications since 1978.
