Sakshi Tools has manufactured welded pressure vessels and fabricated assemblies at Faridabad, Haryana since 1998. Welding is carried out under ISO 3834, and for rail vehicle work under EN 15085, to qualified procedures with plate and fittings traceable to the job.We build air reservoirs from 0.5 to 1000 litres in stainless AISI 304 and coated carbon steel; railway coach water tanks from 30 to 685 litres, roof mounted, underslung and twin set; bio-digester retention tank shells in AISI 316L; axle-mounted disc brake frame assemblies; and equipment enclosures, underframe skids and support brackets.

Plate rolling, dished ends, press brake forming, CNC laser cutting, GTAW, GMAW, submerged arc welding, and leak and pressure testing are all carried out in house, with dimensional inspection against the customer's drawing before despatch.

We build to Integral Coach Factory, Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala, Chittaranjan Locomotive Works, Diesel Locomotive Works Varanasi and Escorts Kubota drawings. Our stainless auxiliary water tank was cleared by Integral Coach Factory against drawing 72763011 in June 2022.
