Two Stage Heavy Oil Burners

Very study and robust construction.
The oil preheating & pumping system is separated from main burners. It has independent drive for pump and burner blower.
The pump is domestic make and fitted with separate 1400 rpm local make motor.
The lower rpm gives significantly longer life with respect to 2900 rpm pump motor.
Indian make pumps are designed for Indian quality furnace oil.
Heaters are locally fabricated ceramic heaters.
Thus the entire system is more reliable, mainly designed for Indian conditions and having very low cost of maintenance due to spares ( Since Indian makes are used and are available easily)
Fitted with PLPHO nozzle for longer life.
Integral control panel located at the back to safeguard from heat of the appliance.
Electrical safety by plugs for electrical control panel.
Burner fitted with sliding bars for ease of maintenance.
A servomotor adjust automatically air damper opening, to obtain the right air delivery on both stage.
