Development has economic, social and political dimensions and is incomplete without the development of women who constitute about 50 per cent of total population. So, contribution of women is essential in economic activities for healthy nation building. When we speak about the term Women Entrepreneurship we mean, an act of business ownership and business creation that empowers women economically, increases their economic strength as well as position in society. In this book I would like to show you that women and their effort can enhance the growth of a house, region, state and country. So, their efforts must be counted. The development of the rural area can only be possible if women are also part of it. Jharkhand is a state where the number of people who belongs to the rural area is so many in number. So, the development of the state is only possible if we focus on the development of each district which belongs to the rural area. Their development is only possible when we involve more and more women into it. Here, I am trying to enlighten with the facts what problems women is facing every day. And we all should come forward for the upliftment of women entrepreneurs in the society. Right efforts from all areas are required in the development of women entrepreneurs and their greater participation in the entrepreneurial activities. Women entrepreneurship must be moulded properly with entrepreneurial traits and skills to meet the changes in trends, challenges of the global markets and also be competent enough to sustain and strive for excellence in the entrepreneurial arena.
