Shell
Exterior wall shall be made up of 18 G M.S. Corrugated Sheet
Corner Post
10A 08 to 20A 12=60A 60 mm square pipe with 2.5 mm thickness
30A 10 to 40A 12=75A 75 mm square pipe with 2.5 mm thickness
Flooring Systems
On the bottom frame 18 mm thick plywood bison panel/E board shall be fixed by means of self taping screw. PVC vinyl flooring shall be fixed on the panel
Roof
Roof shell is made up of 18 G M.S. Plain Sheet
Paint
Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer & synthetic Epoxy and Berger Paint for final 2 coats (corrosion-free)
Insulation
50 mm thick Glass Wool insulation to be provided for roof and 25mm thick Glass Wool insulation shall be used for walls
Inner Paneling
The paneling of side walls and roof shall be of 8mm thick pre laminated MDF board
Main Entry Door
Metallic external opening type door with door closer unit
Aluminum Windows
Powder coated windows size 3a x3a
Electrical System
Concealed wiring with ISI mark and PVC conduct insulated copper wire with MCB protection
