Lugalvan Hs 1000 Plating Chemical

Lugalvan HS 1000 is mainly used as a brightening additive in the electroplating industry. It is especially used as a brightener in acid zinc plating baths. The concentration is usually in the range of 0.1-5 g/L.
Lugalvan HS 1000 has the following advantages in acid zinc electrolytes.
Prevents charring at high current densities.
Improvement of the ductility of plated metal at high current densities.
Improves the brightness of plating over the entire range of current densities.
Works well with non-ionic and anionic surfactants.
Low foaming type.
Inhibits foam formation, especially with lugalvan NES.
Solubilising effect in combination with lugalvan tc-bar is comparable to that of pluriol E400 and E600.
No effect on the cloud point of the plating solution.
