Frequency conversion control technology, automatic adjustment when charging materials, free of flash of aggregate; the aggregate measurement adopts asymmetrical two-door structure and secondary measurement technique of frequency conversion control and can automatically correct the difference; it is quick at first and gradually slows down, with high measuring accuracy and stability;
2. High efficiency & energy conservation
The burning, heating and drying system of the drying drum can be selected among coal-fired, oil-fired or gas-fired burning device. The oil-fired burning device consumes oil of less than 6.2 kg per finished product, which enjoys a higher efficiency in heat change compared with other equipment of the same kind; the drying drum adopts brand-new design and its power driving structure adopts core patented technology which effectively reduces power consumption; the distribution of vanes inside the drum is optimized, which guarantees even formation of material curtain, high efficiency in heat exchange and energy conservation. The vanes are made from imported wear-resisting and high temperature resistant steel plates with less distortion, which possess a working life 10 times more than that of common steel plates.
