Hydraulic drum Lifter is suitable and easy to operate the drum of
200-500 kgs. At required height and also having tilting facility to pour the
drum by mechanical systems. Hydraulic drum lifting will be available in Electro-hydraulic
power pack unit or battery operated D. C. power pack which is useful solvent
chemicals pharma, oil, food & other industries.

 

This Drum Lifter is mobile on four wheels, two of which
are steering type. All wheels are provided with double ball bearings with dust
cover. To grip the drum safety & properly two heavy duty holding devices
are provided which grip the drum from top as well from bottom. One gear box is
provided to rotate the drum. After lifting the drum hydraulically the drum can
be rotated Up to Required angle max 180 Degrees by turning the handle.

 

Important Features :

 

Can be used in loading & unloading in the truck & other
vehicle. Can carry Drum to long distance.  It is quite a one man show, the drum need not be touched by
hand. Can handle M/s  &
plastic Drums. The damages & wastage of contents are totally avoidedCan tilt 180 Degrees for pouring liquid to the last drop. Can stack the drum vertically or horizontally one over the other.
Tilting with warm & warm gear, provides positive self locking
at every position of tilt.
